Your MissionYou will own key accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient processes. You'll serve as a trusted partner across the business while playing a critical role in our SAP transformation journey. Manage accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger reviews.Review payroll accounting, employee expenses, and financial postings.Prepare financial analyses and reporting for finance leadership.Drive Compliance & ControlsCoordinate internal and external audits.Maintain strong accounting controls and compliance with company policies.Support tax reporting and VAT-related activities with external advisors.Identify and proactively address financial, accounting, or compliance risks.Lead Systems & Process ExcellenceAct as the Finance Key User for SAP FI, supporting testing, data validation, issue resolution, and go-live activities.Maintain finance procedures, documentation, and control frameworks.Support ERP enhancements and reporting improvements.Partner Across the BusinessCollaborate with Finance, Operations, People, and other teams to resolve accounting matters.Translate financial data into clear insights and management reporting.Contribute to cost analysis, budgeting activities, and operational finance projects.Future Leadership OpportunityAs the Finance team grows, you may have the opportunity to:Coach and support future Finance team members.Foster a collaborative, high-performance finance culture.What We're Looking ForExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of accounting and finance experience.Ideally, 2+ years of team management.Strong experience leading month-end close, financial reporting, and audit processes.Hands-on expertise in accounting operations, reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger management.Proven SAP FI Key User experience is required.Experience supporting SAP implementations, testing, data validation,
