Overview
In this role you will drive cost management and procurement for complex construction projects, partnering with clients to deliver accurate estimates, cost plans, and post-contract cost control. You will work within a cost management team to support data center, pharma, or oil & gas projects, shaping value through pre- and post-contract activities. A strong emphasis on client liaison, governance, and opportunities for new business underpins the role, offering meaningful impact across major programmes.

ResponsabilidadesProvide estimate and cost planning, producing and presenting final cost plansEstimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed levelsSupport feasibility studies and procurement reportingLead procurement activities: pre-qualification, bid analysis, bid reports,



and contract documentsManage post-contract cost variances and change control processesCarry out cost checks and valuations on larger projects ensuring timely accuracyProduce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to clientContribute to value engineering and approve final accountsLiaise with client and other consultants across project stagesProvide leadership to the cost management team when neededIdentify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and report to line managerSuggest improvements for cost management procedures, templates, and productsSupport cost management practices with cross-functional collaboration
Requisitos principalesMinimum of 5 years’ experience preparing cost estimatesExperience in Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas (preferred)Fluent in Spanish and EnglishStrong technical experience across pre-contract, post-contract, and final accountSolid understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems in constructionSolid understanding of civils, st
