In this role you lead the Marketing & Sales Platform teams within Verisure’s IT department, shaping best-in-class engineering teams and solutions. You will drive delivery across multi-country initiatives and manage key stakeholders to align with business priorities. You’ll foster team growth, optimize performance, and inject innovation to support global IT standards. Requisitos principalesComputer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Bachelor's Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering)English level C1 or higher4-5+ years leading engineering and other IT teamsExperience developing IT roles such as Product Owner or Scrum MasterExperience managing stakeholders in multi-country contextsExperience managing C-level stakeholdersAgile teamwork experience with adaptability to changing business prioritiesBudget management and capacity managementProviders managementOrganized and methodicalProactive with autonomyStrong communication
