In this role you drive adoption and expansion of the Finance product among existing customers across Spain, Italy, Portugal, France and Germany. You lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities, guide senior finance stakeholders through the sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service. You’ll develop strategic account plans, negotiate with CFOs, and act as a product reference for Finance. Manage sales-qualified deals through the full sales cycle for the Finance product
Drive account development via upselling and cross-selling within existing customers
Identify and support upsell opportunities with Account Managers to close deals
Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet/exceed quotas
Lead high-level negotiations with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders
Apply consultative selling techniques to guide prospects
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class client service
Act as a Finance product reference for financial stakeholders
3-4 years of closing B2B SaaS deals
Experience pitching/negotiating with CFOs or senior finance profiles (Controllers, Finance Directors)
Solid knowledge of Finance products/processes (accounting, expense management, treasury, ERP)
Hunter mentality with persistence and hustle
Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding targets
Strong contract negotiation skills and ability to ensure mutual benefit
Excellent communicator with empathy and proactive mindset
