Introduction

As Senior SAP Security & Authorizations Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of SAP security across Straumann Group's integral technology landscape. Working within our Global Identity & Access Services team, you'll contribute to our S/4HANA transformation by designing and evolving secure, scalable authorization concepts that support business growth while meeting security and compliance requirements.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with business stakeholders, SAP specialists, audit and compliance teams, external service providers, and IAM experts around the world. Beyond maintaining a secure SAP environment, you'll help modernize and automate identity and access management processes, improving efficiency, transparency, and governance across our global SAP ecosystem.
Your Role

In This Position, You Will

Help design and implement the SAP authorization concept for the S/4HANA transformation.
Develop and maintain SAP security, authorization, and governance standards.
Design and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD)



controls and support ongoing risk management.
Collaborate with audit, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure regulatory and governance requirements are met.
Lead SAP user access management, role provisioning, access reviews, and authorization support.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate SAP access management processes.
Drive integrations between SAP platforms, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
Lead end-to-end service delivery, working closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure high-quality support.
Coordinate SAP security activities for projects, including S/4HANA initiatives and M&A; integrations.
Share expertise through stakeholder guidance, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
