Overview
In this role you will lead the Customer Intelligence strategy to unlock value from customer data across the lifecycle, enabling data-driven decisions that boost retention, engagement and growth in LatAm. You will build advanced analytics capabilities, identify churn drivers and opportunities, and translate insights into actions for sustainable recurring revenue. You’ll join the LatAm Customer Value Management team to shape data governance, dashboards and KPI tracking. This position offers a chance to influence cross-functional initiatives at scale and drive customer-centric transformation.
