Overview
In this Sales Training Manager role, you will partner with Sales Leadership to design and execute enablement programs that boost seller productivity and drive revenue. You will translate business priorities into scalable, data-informed training across cross-functional stakeholders, focusing on improving customer engagement and overall sales outcomes. You’ll manage onboarding, coaching, and resource development to support frontline managers and sellers. and field insights to drive enablement initiativesDesign and facilitate sales training programs for customer-facing teamsDeliver coaching and readiness programs focused on sales methodologies and best practicesManage onboarding and ramp programs to accelerate new hire productivityDevelop enablement resources, certifications, and learning materials in collaboration with key stakeholdersSupport frontline managers with coaching frameworks and enablement toolsMeasure program effectiveness through adoption, proficiency, and business performance metricsPresent enablement insights, recommendations, and program outcomes to senior leadership
Requisitos principalesBachelor degree and 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Productivity, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Programs, Sales Leadership, Learning & Development or related fieldStrong understanding of B2B sales processes, ideally in SaaS or complex enterprise technologyOwnership of new-hire onboarding and ramp programs with measured time-to-productivity and performance outcomesCoaching sellers on live opportunities using MEDDPICC, BANT or similar qualification methodologiesF
