Overview
In this role, you will own and harmonise the organisation’s global benefits and mobility propositions across multiple European markets. You will shape a coherent global rewards strategy, balancing employee experience with cost discipline while partnering with cross-functional teams and external providers. The role combines strategic design, governance and hands-on delivery in a fast-moving, international environment. Your work will influence benefit philosophy, policy, vendor management and cross-border mobility governance to deliver commercial value and a stronger employee proposition.

cost and valueEnsure compliance with local legislation across marketsManage relationships with global/local vendors and brokers, incl. RFPs, negotiations and performance reviewsDrive cost optimisation and reporting in benefits portfolioCollaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and cost reportingOversee benefits platforms and enrolment tools for seamless employee experienceDesign and manage employee recognition programmes (peer, milestone, long-service)Own the global mobility policy and governance for international assignments and cross-border movesManage policy decisions, escalations and exceptions for ~20 international moves per yearPartner with Legal and Tax on assignment structures, shadow payroll and host-country complianceMaintain governance and audit-ready records; collaborate with Reward Technology on data, reporting and automation
