As Head of Service Portfolio Management & Assurance, you will own the end-to-end IT service portfolio of Allianz Technology, ensuring it is transparent, well-structured, and aligned to the needs of Allianz companies. You will steer the full service lifecycle, from introduction and change through to retirement, and make sure services are delivered to agreed levels of quality, performance, security, and resilience.

Combining portfolio management with assurance over the security and resilience of services, you will be a trusted partner to Allianz Technology and its customers, driving consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement across the service landscape. Own and continuously develop the Allianz Technology service portfolio and catalogue, ensuring it is clear, consistent, and aligned to customer needs. Steer the end-to-end service lifecycle, from service introduction and change through to retirement, in line with strategy and demand.

Drive service assurance, ensuring services are delivered to agreed levels of quality, performance, security, and resilience. Establish transparent service costing, pricing, and value reporting across the portfolio. Own service level management, monitoring performance against commitments and driving continuous improvement.

Act as a trusted interface to Allianz companies and internal stakeholders on the service offering and its evolution. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team across portfolio management and assurance. Extensive senior experience in IT service management, service portfolio management, or a related discipline within a complex,



service-driven technology organization (e.g., Proven track record owning a service portfolio and catalogue and steering the full service lifecycle, from introduction and change through to retirement.

Strong service assurance and service level management acumen, with a clear focus on the quality, performance, and value delivered to customers. Solid understanding of service costing, pricing, and value reporting, and of the commercial dynamics of an IT service provider. Familiarity with recognized control frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, COBIT, NIST) and with third-party and ICT risk.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels.
