Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.We’re hiring a Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead our HR Operations function across Europe, Asia and LATAM. In this role, you’ll translate global HR strategy into scalable programs, policies and service delivery standards while serving as a trusted advisor on complex governance and risk management across multiple international regions.As a Senior Manager, HR Operations, you’ll:You’ll shape the roadmap for international HR operations, aligning general policy with local needs while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business.Lead governance and compliance. You’ll manage end-to-end compliance across employment contracts, the employee lifecycle, global mobility, benefits, payroll and health and safety protocols across multiple countries.You’ll leverage automation and AI to scale operational efficiency, manage vendor relationships and execute key initiatives like policy overhauls or M&A; integrations.You’ll directly manage our HR Operations Manager and coach the broader regional team,
setting service-level standards and using metrics to showcase operational impact.LocationTime spent collaborating with your teammates in-office will be a regular part of how you work.
You’ll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team.You bring 10+ years of HR operations experience, including at least five years managing teams in a global environment.International compliance expertise. You have deep working knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits and compliance across multiple countries, with strong experience in European regions like the U.You excel at creating scalable, automated processes across complex regulatory landscapes while balancing hands-on execution with long-term strategy.You build strong partnerships with Legal, Finance and IT, comfortably managing vendor negotiations and influencing senior stakeholders.Conversational or fluent Spanish skills are a plus.Master's degree in HR, Business or a related field.flexible vacation time above any required statutory leave, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development.
