Research & Trend Intelligence - Design and maintain ongoing workforce research and trend-monitoring frameworks that detect emerging labor market shifts, geopolitical signals, and employee sentiment patterns Produce research outputs that inform strategic decision-making Synthesize workforce data, labor-market intelligence, and employee sentiment to surface emerging risks and opportunities Exercise strong analytical skills using data and anecdotes to develop persuasive narratives and recommendations Define and measure success of programs through clear KPIs and research-backed evaluation frameworks Partner with cross-functional teams including Internal Communications, Public Policy, Public Relations, Legal, Human Resources, and Operations to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with organizational priorities Lead research initiatives that inform policy decisions and public-facing communications Independently design, own, and lead successfully large-scale, network-wide projects that improve frontline employee experience Translate research findings into scalable mechanisms and programs for entire networks Rapidly produce high-quality written communications that concisely analyze problems and move solutions from concept to execution Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact Work independently with minimal supervision in ambiguous situations and persevere over internal and external barriers to drive resolutions As we continue to grow, we are focused on scaling our processes and raising the bar on the employee experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field Experience in employee relations, labor relations, human relations or labor/employment law Experience as an HR specialist, HR generalist (e.HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager, or in HR program roles Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law or a related field Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences Experience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders Knowledge of general AI tools Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
