What The Grants Payment Data Analyst

Does At Worldwide The role of Grants Payments Data Analyst is to assist in building a forecast model for forecasting needs outside of Medidata Payments, as well as own that model and future updates and improvements. They will work closely with the Revenue Recognition, Clinical Payments, Investigator Grants Payments, and Project Analyst teams, along with other departments that contribute data to the forecasting and payment of sites, to assist in developing the end-to-end forecasting process of Clinical Site Payments. The Analyst will also be involved in developing a client-ready format of the forecast for the Project Analyst to incorporate into Financial Client Deliverables.





What You Will Do Work with the Central Planning and Clinical Operations teams to gather current site enrollment and patient enrollment data (actual and forecast) Work with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) Revenue Recognition team to confirm adherence to requirements for financial audits Perform forecast analysis, including plan versus actuals and total budget needs with sponsors Notify Project Analysts and Global Project Leads of issues involving over-forecast or under-forecast variances Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support year-end and interim audit processes Stay up to date with local and general revenue regulations Perform final reconciliation on study closeout and provide Project Analysts with final client-ready reports for review Proficient in Excel, databases, and accounting systems The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates): Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity.
