Additionally, will contribute to train, development, and talent management initiatives, supporting employee growth and organizational evolution.Job responsibilitiesManage end-to-end selection processes for assigned positions, including resume screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation based on profile.Meet with managers to understand hiring needs, define profiles,
