Department Description
Within Group Control, the Reporting & Analysis department focuses primarily on the production, analysis and reporting of financial and management information.



The core customers of the department are the Group’s Board of Directors as well as shareholders. The department maintains close working relationships with business units across the group to be able to understand and compile business performance analytics from different business units, and also produce our own consolidated analytics.
The department needs to be able to explain how business performance is developing across the Group and how this translates into financial results and performance indicators. In a Group with commercial operations in over 50 countries, a Group Controller is in a privileged position to observe how the entire Group’s performance is developing, how, and where. This also comes with a responsibility to present this information for decision support to the Board of Directors in an accurate and timely manner.
