- Define and execute the global clinical value design strategy for RIS with emphasis on digital health and AI-enabled care transformation
- Lead and develop a global team of healthcare experts and medical directors
- Own the CVRM clinical strategy and domain leadership for cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic diseases




- Embed clinical perspectives into AI-enabled product development, data-driven decision support, and adoption strategies
- Develop solutions delivering measurable clinical, operational, and economic value with adoption in clinical workflows
- Act as strategic partner to product, evidence generation, data science, UX, and commercial teams; support reimbursement and health economics with Market Access, Payer, and GTM teams
- Set the enterprise-wide clinical strategy for AI-enabled and data-driven healthcare products and ensure scalable value creation
