Reporting directly to the General Manager and functionally to the Group CFO, this is a key leadership role combining strategic business partnering with hands‑on financial management. You will lead the local finance function while acting as the main link between the Spanish entity and the Group Finance organization.
Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Statutory Reporting
- Supervise general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and support external auditors.
- Ensure tax, legal and corporate compliance.
- Lead short- and medium-term financial planning.
- Monitor working capital (inventory, receivables, payables).
- Support extraordinary transactions and Group-driven initiatives.
Controlling & Performance Management
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and business plans.
- Analyze variances and financial KPIs.
- Control manufacturing costs and support operational decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of finance and controlling processes.
Group Reporting
- Prepare management reporting in line with Group principles and deadlines.
- Act as the main interface with Group CFO and central controlling functions.
- Align local processes with international reporting standards.
Leadership & Governance
- Coordinate and develop the local finance team.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, HR and Supply Chain.
- Act as a financial sparring partner to the CEO.
