Experteer Overview
As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you implement robust EC/Time Management solutions and guide clients on best practices. You’ll design configurations, run workshops, and transfer knowledge to client teams. You’ll collaborate across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to drive HR tech innovations. This role offers hands-on impact in shaping HR technology delivery for multinational clients, with opportunities for growth and cross-functional learning.

• Implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or Time Management solutions
• Guide clients on SAP best practices and roadmap alignment
• Lead client process walkthroughs to map business needs to system functionality
• Design and configure SuccessFactors based on HR best practices
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams




• Collaborate with international colleagues to share knowledge and drive innovation

Responsabilidades
• Led at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or Time Management implementation
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior client stakeholders
• Proactive and eager to stay up-to-date with SAP technologies
• SuccessFactors Associate EC or Time Management Certification
• Solid understanding of HR processes
• Fluency in German and high level of English
• Self-motivated and autonomous; comfortable in a fast-growing environment
