transaction materials and internal committee documentation. Collaborating with senior bankers, product specialists, legal advisers and other stakeholders throughout transaction execution. Potentially supporting the Growth Capital Investment Banking team in advising high-growth private companies on capital raising and flexible financing solutions. Recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or other fields are welcome. We encourage candidates from all academic backgrounds to apply, even if their degree or previous experience is not directly related to finance.

English level: High proficiency in English; Strong analytical and collaborative skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, and sound financial modelling and valuation knowledge. Prior internship experience in finance, investment banking, corporate finance or a related field is desirable.
