Role SummaryAs a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of your product area, ensuring that we solve meaningful customer problems while delivering measurable business value.

You will combine customer insight, market understanding, data, and business priorities to identify opportunities and translate them into a clear product strategy and roadmap. Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders, you will drive the product from discovery and prioritization through delivery, go-to-market, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance customer needs,



commercial impact, and technical considerations to drive adoption, growth, and long-term product valueKey responsibilitiesOwn and manage the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives according to agreed Objectives and Key Results, business priorities, and customer needs.

Partner closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams to translate product strategy into execution, ensuring efficient delivery, appropriate use of resources, and strong time-to-market. Define and monitor key product performance indicators to evaluate adoption, customer value, commercial impact, and overall product success. Use performance data, customer feedback, and market insights to continuously improve the product and refine priorities.

Demonstrated ability to make data-driven product decisions and define meaningful product KPIs and success metrics.

Experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the full product lifecycle. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align different teams and senior stakeholders. Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Experience in B2B marketplaces or contractor/supplier ecosystems is a strong plus. Intensive working time in summer. A dynamic and inclusive workplace with opportunities for growth and development.
