As Marketing Hub

Lead, you will build and lead a new in-house agency capability that delivers high-quality, efficient, and scalable marketing services across integral markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape a global function from the ground up, bringing together teams, services, and processes under a unified operating model.

What You Will Do Lead and scale the integral Marketing Hub, ensuring the high-quality delivery of campaigns, content, creative assets, digital operations, channel publishing, and performance reporting against agreed service levels and stakeholder expectations. Establish standardized service models, governance, workflows, quality standards, and continuous improvement routines, while actively managing demand, capacity, resource allocation, budgets, productivity, and operational performance. Partner with Marketing managers, Centers of Excellences, global and regional marketing teams, markets, and commercial leaders to translate standards and business demand into clear, prioritized, and executable delivery plans.

Drive the adoption of marketing technology, workflow tools, automation, and AI-enabled production methods, while transitioning suitable services into the Hub, optimizing supplier usage, and building capabilities based on recurring demand and business value. Bring suitable marketing services in-house, optimise the use of external partners, and expand the Hub's capabilities in response to business needs. Build and develop a high-performing Marketing Hub team by setting clear expectations, strengthening leadership capabilities, supporting professional growth,



and fostering engagement and accountability. 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, advertising, communications, marketing operations, operational agency leadership, shared services, marketing hubs, or global delivery models.

At least five years of senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and leading other leaders within a complex, international environment. Proven experience leading high-volume, multi-channel marketing execution, together with strong expertise in capacity planning, resource utilization, service governance, operational KPIs, budget management, and continuous improvement within a scaled delivery environment. A strong track record of using automation, AI-enabled solutions, and digital tools to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

An influential and confident leadership style, with the ability to motivate diverse teams, establish accountability, navigate cultural differences, and lead effectively through change. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, resolve competing priorities, manage escalations, and translate strategy into actionable delivery plans. Fluency in English.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field is required. Health insurance.
