Acting as the central point for project coordination, the role ensures effective collaboration across laboratory teams, manufacturing, quality, etc. to ensure successful project execution on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate R&D; projects, establishing plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution and delivery of project objectives.
- Coordinate laboratory development, testing, validation, scale-up, and other technical activities required to achieve project objectives.
- Review experimental results, facilitate technical decision-making,



and support problem resolution.
- Monitor project progress, activities, workload, and KPIs. Prepare status reports, and project summaries.

Education
- Master’s degree in chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
