Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer EngagementLead discovery sessions to map customer needs, policies, and multi‑cloud strategies to Morpheus Enterprise capabilities.

Provide feedback from the field to product teams to shape roadmap and improve enablement content. Work closely with the Morpheus sales specialist to qualify leads and ensure a strong pipeline of potential customers.Contribute to internal “field readiness” forums and share lessons learned across the customer ecosystem. Stay current on hybrid‑cloud trends, competing platforms, and emerging automation tools.Participate in cross‑functional projects that enhance training, tooling, and partner programs.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field recommended.4‑8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or hybrid‑cloud automation, preferably in a technical‑selling or enablement role.Preferred hands‑on experience with OpsRamp or other observability platformsPreferred hands‑on experience with Morpheus Enterprise (or comparable orchestration platforms) and at least one major hypervisor (VMware ESXi, KVM, Hyper‑V).Strong background in designing/operating private, public, or hybrid cloud architectures.Working knowledge of Linux and Windows OS, networking, storage (SAN/NAS, iSCSI, SDS).Experience with automation/scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Ansible,
