We are recruiting for PLANT MANAGER based in our Orellana CSP plant in Badajoz. Organize and coordinate resources,



prioritize activities and ensure Plant operation in accordance with Dispatch requirements.

Evaluate the current performance of the plant assets, ensuring efficiency, equipment effectiveness, safety, environment, as well as a cost evaluation, monitoring and performance reports (including daily, weekly and monthly reports). Ensure that the plant operates below its limits for environmental emissions, and the highest international safety standards. This includes finding technically capable candidates, developing training and development goals and plans, as well as evaluating the performance of these employees.

Develop manuals, reporting tools, training programs and operational plans to ensure that the strategy of operations in CSP plants are consistent within the company's portfolio. Control and monitoring of the financial project, analyse the cost structure and identify areas for improvement of results. Approval of Plant Procedures.

Approval of Purchase Orders and associated contracts or commitments with vendors or needed for the plant O&M.; Participate in the process of hiring plant personnel. Coordinate the technical and safety training necessary to improve the professional skills of your team.
