We are seeking a Product & Data Analyst (d/f/m) specializing in User Experience, who thrives on data, has strong statistical skills and a user-centric mindset. In this role, you will lead data capture and analysis of insights across service technician tools, internal platforms and customer-facing digital solutions. This role will be instrumental in defining KPIs, driving performance insights and embedding a culture of data-informed decision making across product teams.

Implementation of analytic tools across a range of digital products to track usage patterns using Clarity, Google Analytics or similar User Insights: Combine qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand product usage and identify opportunities to improve user experience Experimental Design: Design and manage A/B tests and experiments Analysis & Reporting: Provide statistical analysis and actionable insights Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear recommendations Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Professionals who are eager to learn, take ownership of their development, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality results, always focused on achieving and exceeding our customers' expectations. 5+ years of proven experience in Product Analytics and data-driven decision making Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative UX Research methodologies Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, UXCam, Google Analytics, or similar Experience designing, executing,
