Manager – Convego Service Market & Transit Wallet Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) We're looking for a Product Manager – Convego Service Market & Transit Wallet to join our Product organization and play a key role in the evolution of our commercial smart issuance solution portfolio. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between customers, commercial teams, and engineering, helping translate business needs into product solutions while supporting the successful delivery and adoption of our products. You'll collaborate with international teams and work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering to drive product improvements and deliver value to customers.

What You'll Be Doing Contribute to the definition and execution of the product roadmap for Convego Service Market and Transit Wallet. Act as the link between customers, commercial teams, and engineering, translating business requirements into product improvements.

Support

Sales teams with customer presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and business cases. Support customer meetings, workshops, product demonstrations, and technical discussions alongside commercial teams. Define product positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging,



and commercialization strategies.

Prioritize the product backlog and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Service teams. Act as Product Owner during major customer incidents and escalations, coordinating resolution and follow-up actions. Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Support initiatives that drive product adoption and portfolio growth.

Experience in Product Management or similar customer-facing product roles.

Background in Product Management, Customer Product Management, Client Services, Technical Product Sales, or similar roles.

Experience working with B2B software products, ideally within fintech, payments, SaaS, or API-based environments. Understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap prioritization.

Experience supporting commercial activities such as customer presentations, workshops, or RFPs is an advantage. Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, and SaaS products. NET environments is a plus.

Experience with digital card issuance, wallets, or transit solutions is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness and business acumen.

Fluent

English required. Spanish is highly desirable; Catalan is a plus. The team collaborates closely with Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Leadership to continuously improve our smart issuance and transit wallet solutions.
