Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) We're looking for a Product Manager – Convego Service Market & Transit Wallet to join our Product organization and play a key role in the evolution of our commercial smart issuance solution portfolio. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between customers, commercial teams, and engineering, helping translate business needs into product solutions while supporting the successful delivery and adoption of our products.

Act as the link between customers, commercial teams, and engineering, translating business requirements into product improvements. Support customer meetings, workshops, product demonstrations, and technical discussions alongside commercial teams. Define product positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies.





Act as Product Owner during major customer incidents and escalations, coordinating resolution and follow-up actions. Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Experience working with B2B software products, ideally within fintech, payments, SaaS, or API-based environments.

Experience supporting commercial activities such as customer presentations, workshops, or RFPs is an advantage. Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, and SaaS products. NET environments is a plus.

Experience with digital card issuance, wallets, or transit solutions is a plus. Commercial awareness and business acumen.

Fluent

English required. Spanish is highly desirable; Catalan is a plus.
