We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex transformation initiatives across our client portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with PMOs and consulting-led Transformation Offices , and will be comfortable engaging with executive committees and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence. Lead end-to-end program and organizational change management for strategic transformation initiatives across multiple client engagements. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, risk registers, and performance dashboards.

Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication at all levels, including C-level executives. Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and strategic planning.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. ~7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in consulting or large-scale transformation environments. ~ Agile, Waterfall, SAFe), and tools. ~ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
