-Lead and manage process improvement projects to streamline workflows and optimise Delivery Station output
-Evaluate shift performance against business objectives and define clear action plans to strengthen operational excellence
-Collaborate with fellow managers to standardise best practices and ensure consistency across all shifts
-Responsibilities span routine team management and daily operational tasks through to large-scale contingency planning and network-wide process improvement initiatives.
