As an Onboarding Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for employees joining organizations around the world.
You’ll manage the onboarding journey from documentation and verification through completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service.
Working within a globally distributed EOR Operations team, you’ll collaborate closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams.
You’ll handle sensitive employee information while maintaining strong standards for data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
The role combines operational ownership, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
You’ll also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation that makes onboarding more scalable and efficient.

Accountabilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring all required documentation, verification steps, employment packages, and operational requirements are completed accurately and on time.

• Take ownership of onboarding cases from initiation through completion, proactively resolving issues and responding effectively to employee questions throughout the process.

• Work closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, Payroll, and other relevant teams to coordinate onboarding activities and deliver a seamless experience for clients and their employees.

• Review, prepare, and manage employment contracts and other legally binding documentation while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
