As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in accelerating digital acquisition and generating high-quality pipeline across global markets.
You’ll own key parts of the paid acquisition engine, developing and scaling campaigns across major digital channels while continuously improving performance.
Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, you’ll translate business priorities into measurable growth initiatives and revenue outcomes.
You’ll manage significant advertising budgets, optimize campaign economics, and use performance data to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline efficiency.
The role also includes ownership of Account-Based Marketing programs and close collaboration with agencies, freelancers, cloud partners, and internal teams.

Accountabilities

• Own and scale the paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels, with a focus on generating qualified leads and sales pipeline.

• Develop, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, and other relevant channels.

• Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, creative performance, conversion paths, and overall campaign efficiency.

• Own the Account-Based Marketing strategy and coordinate programs designed to engage high-value target accounts.
