We are looking for a
freelance business development / recruitment sales professional
to join a growing European recruitment project focused on the transport sector.

We are looking for someone who already knows how to
find companies, contact decision-makers, generate leads, manage a pipeline and close recruitment B2B opportunities
.

‼️WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify and contact transport and logistics companies.
- Find decision-makers and build commercial relationships.
- Generate and qualify business opportunities.
- Manage contacts, follow-ups and the sales pipeline.
- Present our recruitment service to companies.
- Close recruitment agreements.
- Keep the CRM/contact database organised and updated.
- You will NOT be responsible for interviewing candidates.
- Your role is focused on
business development,



sales and client management
.

✅REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in
recruitment, HR, staffing, business development, sales or similar
.
- Proven ability to contact companies and generate business.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline.
- Fluent English is required.
- Other European languages are a strong plus.
- Experience selling B2B services is highly valued.
- Barcelona-based or fully remote.
- Software Skills: IA + Tally + Airtable + Make + Glide, etc..

?COMPENSATION

This is a
freelance commission-based position
.

6-month trial period:

€100 commission for every successfully closed sale.

There is
no fixed salary during the trial period
.

After successfully completing the trial period:

€1,000 commission for every successfully closed recruitment sale.
