The functions include: Client reception and visitor management Care of the reception area Order and replacement of material for meeting rooms Answering internal and external calls Dealing with requests for information from in-house clients Reservation of meeting rooms MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Advanced English Good communication skills At least one year’s experience as a receptionist Proficient in Microsoft Office Specific training will be valued COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Excellent organizational and planning skills Foresight and proactivity Strong interpersonal and communication skills
