This role is pivotal in ensuring recruitment targets are met while providing a positive and professional experience for all potential study participants. This position is based in the Madrid area, and is a hybrid position (2 days from home, 3 days onsite). It is a 3 month contract, 40 hours per week with high likelihood of extension.
Explain study requirements and answer participant questions throughout the recruitment process. Support study enrolment and retention activities to achieve recruitment targets. Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and participant documentation.
Previous experience in patient recruitment, healthcare, clinical research, customer service, or a related field. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and databases. Fluent (business-level) Spanish and English speaking is required for this position
