Our company operates across two main areas: short-term tourist apartments and mid-term rental apartments. This position will work across both areas, combining reservations and guest services for our tourist apartments with property management and operational responsibilities for our mid-term rental properties. This is a varied and hands-on role, with responsibilities ranging from guest communication and reservations to property inspections, maintenance coordination, tenant support, and owner relations.

Our office is located in Eixample, Barcelona, close to Plaça de Francesc Macià. Native-level Spanish (mandatory).

- High level of English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or property management.
- WORKING HOURS- Full-time position, 5 working days per week.
- Monday to Sunday, according to a rotating schedule.
- Weekdays: on-site at our office in Eixample, Barcelona (close to Plaça de Francesc Macià).
- Weekends: remote work from home.
- Weekend shifts are shared on a rotating basis: When working a weekend, you will have 2 days off during the week.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESReservations & Guest Services- Manage reservations and booking requests.
- Answer guest enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms.
- Process online check-ins and verify guest documentation.
- Offer additional services such as parking, early check-in, late check-out, and other extras.
- Property Management & Operations- Coordinate in-person check-ins and check-outs with tenants.
- Carry out property inspections after check-out.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, technicians, and service providers.
- Assist property owners with operational and maintenance-related matters.
- Support the day-to-day management of temporary rental properties. Team Collaboration- Work closely with Reservations, Customer Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Property Management teams.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure an excellent experience for both guests and property owners.
