The Clinical Sales

Specialist (CSS) is integral to the daily management of any successful sales region. The role is responsible for working alongside the Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Manager to service hospitals and provide technical support to all the stakeholders within our customer base. Additionally, the CSS will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products attending surgery as necessary to provide real-time support to cases. To provide all the necessary training in the use of Zimmer Biomet products Sales lead generation with Platinum & Silver customers. Manage logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock.



To adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager. Responsible to keep SalesForce.To undertake other duties such as attendance at sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training etc. when required by the Regional Sales Manager To provide on a monthly basis a report to the Regional Sales Manager, outlining performance, activities and competitive situation Training &

Education Organize and deliver workshops, clinical training programs, and in-service education activities.

Sales Support

Partner closely with Sales Representatives to support account development and customer engagement.

Accompany Sales

Representatives on customer visits and business reviews. Contribute to achieving regional sales targets through effective clinical support and customer relationship management. Support account planning and execution alongside the commercial team.

Participate in local, regional, and national congresses, workshops, and training events as required. Proficient in training others. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Strong networking capabilities and sound business acumen to identify, plan, and execute on services Analysis capability, problem solving
