In this role you will lead underwriting and claims for Central Europe, shaping strategy and operations to strengthen RGA’s market leadership. You will partner with regional leadership and business development to drive profitable growth and client value. You will provide thought leadership, oversee governance, and champion biometric and technology-enabled solutions. You will build and coach high-performing teams, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. This position offers impact across multiple markets within a global, innovative environment.

• Serve as the senior underwriting and claims representative for the sub-region, building strong client and partner relationships to strengthen RGA's market position
• Partner with Managing Director, Business Development and Pricing to identify opportunities for profitable growth and strategic accounts




• Provide underwriting and claims thought leadership through presentations, workshops, audits, and strategic discussions; sponsor key client relationships
• Develop and execute the sub-region underwriting and claims strategy aligned with regional and enterprise objectives
• Identify market trends, regulatory developments and client needs to keep RGA ahead in the region
• Collaborate with regional leadership and SMEs to deliver the regional strategy and share best practices
• Lead sub-region underwriting and claims teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve service standards
• Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead client quality assurance programs and ensure governance, risk management, and control frameworks across activities
• Champion adoption of biometric, underwriting and claims solutions and leverage data-driven insights to develop a high-performing tea
