We are currently looking for an Agile Team Facilitator / Scrum Master to join an international project for a leading Swiss wealth management group.

? About the role

You will help agile teams achieve their goals by removing impediments, improving collaboration and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Working alongside the current Scrum Master, you will support 3 agile teams in their day-to-day activities and delivery processes.

? Key responsibilities

- Support 3 agile teams in their daily activities and delivery processes.
- Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinements.
- Identify and help resolve impediments affecting team performance.
- Foster collaboration, transparency and effective teamwork.
- Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders when needed.
- Follow up on improvement initiatives and agreed action plans.
- Promote continuous improvement and team autonomy.
- Take ownership of challenges, focusing on solutions rather than unnecessary escalations.

? What are we looking for?




- Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills.
- A proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with software development and delivery environments.
- Understanding of software releases, deployments, testing, incident management and problem management.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams is a plus.

You don't need a deep technical background — we are looking for someone who can help teams work better together, overcome obstacles and continuously improve.
