You will play a critical role in shaping the company's commercial success by aligning business development initiatives with long-term strategic goals. Partner with the COO to define and execute long-term business development strategies Drive pipeline growth and conversion through structured, agile planning Business Development Execution Lead data-driven decision-making using market insights, competitor analysis, and performance data Oversee CRM-driven pipeline management (e.Salesforce) for transparency and efficiency Ensure high-quality,
