Experience & Skills8+ years of experience within an event agency environment, including significant exposure to pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clientsProven experience working on dedicated client accounts with complex governance, compliance and operational requirementsStrong experience managing event delivery, operational processes, reporting frameworks and team coordinationDemonstrated expertise in resource planning, utilization management, forecasting and budget oversightAdvanced knowledge of Cvent and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel-based reporting and analysisExceptional stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support teams at all levelsFluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)Priorities shift.
