In this role you will lead a regional sales team focused on Laboratory Diagnostics in southern Spain, driving growth and market share. You will shape the sales strategy with cross-functional partners to position LS solutions effectively and ensure strong CRM discipline and pipeline visibility. Your leadership will foster a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional customer experience. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and develop the regional sales group to meet and exceed objectives; set clear performance expectations
• Define and execute growth-oriented sales plans; identify market opportunities and competitive threats
• Support tender negotiations and contract opportunities to ensure competitive positioning




• Cultivate senior-level relationships with key accounts and decision-makers; promote LS portfolio value
• Ensure alignment between regional sales and broader commercial org; coach using CRM insights
• Enforce rigorous CRM discipline with accurate pipeline updates and timely opportunity data; drive forecast accuracy
• Monitor market intelligence and competitive activity within CRM to inform planning
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Life Sciences
• 7-10 years of proven sales experience in diagnostics/healthcare with at least 3 years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of laboratory solutions (clinical chemistry, immunology, hormones, hematology, hemostasis, allergy, plasma proteins) xghoner
• Proven success in team management and driving sales growth
• CRM adoption and pipeline management expertise with data quality improvement and forecasting
• Experience in tender processes and knowledge of the Spanish health
