Backed by an ambitious growth path and a collaborative culture, you will join a multicultural regional HR team based in Barcelona, driving impactful people operations across European markets.AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?As HR Business Partner, you will take 360-degree ownership of HR operations, labor law compliance, and people strategy across Sweden, Germany, and the UK, reporting directly to the Head of Business Partnering in Barcelona.Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including administrative tasks, contract management, and benefits administrationManage regional payroll preparations and collaborate closely with external local payroll and legal advisorsServe as the internal reference on labor law and compliance, with a primary focus on German labor law alongside Swedish and UK legal frameworksHandle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management while coaching line managers and country leadsPartner directly with leadership teams and country leads in London, Munich,
and Stockholm to align HR initiatives with commercial goalsAddress employee inquiries and requests through the internal ticketing system, ensuring high data accuracy and employee satisfactionPlay an active operational role in the potential migration and implementation of the HRIS from Workday to HiBobSupport learning and development programs, deliver internal training, and champion an inclusive company cultureTravel occasionally to regional offices in London, Stockholm, and Munich for team events and key company gatheringsOK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a 360-degree HR operations role, ideally in consulting, professional services, or scale-up environmentsStrong knowledge of German labor law, with familiarity or ability to navigate Swedish and UK labor lawsProfessional fluency in German and English (both written and spoken); Swedish language skills are a strong plusProven experience managing the full employee lifecycle, payroll preparation, and operational HR administrationHands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or HiBobAbility to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona with willingness for occasional international travelTHAT'S IT?You're a proactive self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, high-ownership environment where you get to dig in and solve complex challenges independently.
