PHS Commercial & Project Management Support
Commercial Coordination & Documentation Manage internal and external project documentation. Organize project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), executive summaries, and action trackers.



Support commercial negotiations and stakeholder communications through accurate documentation and follow-up.
Financial & Controlling Coordination Support coordination between Treasury and Project Controlling functions, facilitating information flow and alignment. Assist in resolving financial and reporting discrepancies across project stakeholders.
Project Reporting Prepare and maintain regular project management reports, including: Project Weekly Meetings Report. Resource and personnel controlling reports, including hours tracking and site presence monitoring. Gather treasury and cash flow reports, as well as budget reports and ensure consistency. Consolidate project information for management reviews and decision-making processes.
