What you'll doSet the Growth measurement strategy and operating model, establishing trusted, company-wide definitions for CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance,

Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analysis to drive faster, more reliable, and economically grounded capital-allocation choices.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of analytics engineers and senior analysts.
Partner closely with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders to establish source-of-truth reporting and automate critical data workflows.
Elevate the quality of our experimentation and make insights widely accessible across the organization without compromising on strict analytical standards.
Who you areYou have a proven track record of building or leading an analytics capability that goes beyond basic reporting to actively change commercial and product decisions.
