Role Overview:
The General Manager of HRS EMEA reports to the Global Managing Director and will be responsible for crucial and influential business functions.
The successful candidate must demonstrate great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Operating within the EMEA region, you will drive our expansion in new markets and aim to be the lead supplier within the hospitality IT sector.
We are looking for someone with an energetic, entrepreneurial spirit who understands all aspects of the Hospitality Industry.
Key responsibilities:




- Overall management of the EMEA Regional Business Unit.
- Develop and manage a sustainable HRS business Infrastructure in EMEA. This includes sales, account management, marketing, pre-sales, and all other required elements.

- Strong industry network (hospitality, hotel, retail).
- Manage the company's product and service portfolio, budget, and forecast.

- Drive revenue generation through direct sales, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances, expanding market share across key verticals.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional sales organization, including hiring,
