• Inventory Management: Conduct rolling demand forecasts based on sales data and order trends, generate S&OP; plans; monitor in-stock rate, turnover, slow-moving rate, and fulfillment rate, dynamically adjusting replenishment rhythm. Job Qualifications ~ Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. ~5+ years of experience in international supply chain operations, logistics, or supply chain business partnering roles. Cross-border or international business experience is preferred. ~ Strong understanding of European local warehousing and distribution operations and supply chain management practices. ~ Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with strong project execution capability. ~ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI tools, or other data analysis platforms preferred. ~ Fluent in English as a working language

• Mandarin Chinese is a plus. ~ Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment. ~ Experience in e-commerce, retail, internet, or cross-border logistics industries is highly preferred. ~ Hands-on experience working across both European and Chinese markets and business cultures is highly preferred.
