Albastar is looking for a dispatcher. Preparation of detailed flight plans in compliance with EASA regulations, including fuel calculations and route selection based on weather conditions, NOTAMs, and airspace restrictions. Ensuring safe, compliant, and punctual aircraft departures through the management of flight plans, fuel requirements, weather analysis, performance analysis, and coordination with ground staff where possible.

Monitoring flights from departure to arrival using Flight Watch software and communicating with aircraft when necessary. Supporting, informing, and/or assisting the Pilot-in-Command on board to ensure the safe and efficient operation of each flight. Initiating emergency procedures as described in the ERP and MOCC 5, and informing and notifying the relevant authorities regarding the nature of the situation if activated.

Supporting other areas of OCC in the event of staff shortages. During weekends, public holidays, and outside office hours, performing necessary tasks for other departments not present in the office. 24/7 shift coverage, including all national holidays, weekends, and night shifts. Dispatchers with experience in flight operations, with or without a license.
