Operations carries out the designated day-to-day tasks to ensure the business operates efficiently and effectively. Focusing on Payments and Reconciliations, the Settlements Operations Analyst ensures the company mitigates financial risk and provides a valued service to its clients. Liaise with Clients, Brokers and Banks to facilitate settlement of FX transactions and cash flowsAccount reconciliation and remediationInward/Outward payment entryPayment verification, approval and releasePayment error investigation and resolutionUndertaking Safeguarding and CASP daily requirementsPreparation of monthly account financial reconciliation reportsPreparation of monthly regulatory reports to Bank of Spain and CNMV MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointHR Systems – WorkdaySQL Knowledge is desirableDatabases – FXDB (In House)Client Portals – Monex PayBanking Portals – Barclays.net, etc.
