As a BP&A; Business Partner for APM, you will be responsible for building & reviewing quarterly financial forecasts (bottom-up) and annual budget, as well as Month End Close analysis for the BU in the Europe RegionYour Responsibility: Implement FP&A; best practices and support the Simplify & Standardize strategy across the APM Business Unit.
Own the P&L;, financial reporting, and performance monitoring for the APM Business Unit and designated Hubs.
Manage the FP&A; calendar and ensure timely delivery of planning and reporting activities.
Analyze financial performance, including variances between forecasts, budgets, and actual results.
Ensure accuracy, completeness,



and consistency of financial data provided to stakeholders.
Partner with BP&A;, SGA, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to support business performance and decision‐making.
Support the Controller in financial planning, validation, month-end close (MEC), and performance reviews.
Prepare Outlooks, Risks & Opportunities (R&O;), budgets, forecasts, and project financial analyses.
Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, identifying value creation opportunities and driving financial insights.
Support team development through onboarding, training, recruitment participation, workload prioritization, and sharing FP&A; best practices.
Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance or related field (Accounting / Controlling)5 - 10 years of experience in working in BP&A;, Shared Service Center / Center Of Excellence, External Audit Company or in a large international business environmentUnderstanding and application of corporate finance tools, tech
