In this role, you will act as the intelligence and performance partner for the Retail Media business, ensuring stakeholders havetimely,accurate, and actionable insights to support decision-making. You will own reporting and analytical deliverables across Retail Media and serve as the team's subject matter expert on performance measurement, data quality, reporting, and business insights.
Working at the intersection ofRetail Media, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Offline Marketing, and Co-Marketing, you will help stakeholders understand performance,identifygrowth opportunities, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and drive data-informed decisions. You will translate complex datasets into clear recommendations that support supplier partnerships, campaign optimization,



and Retail Media revenue growth.
Own Retail Media Reporting & Data Delivery
Ensuretimelyandaccuratedelivery of agreed Retail Media reporting and data products.
Own recurring business reporting and performance tracking processes.
Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting requests to supportstakeholderand business needs.
Partner with Analytics and Data teams to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and scalability.
Ensure stakeholders have access to reliable and consistent performance data to support decision-making.
Drive Performance Insights
Analyzecampaign,advertiser,audience,supplier, and commercial performance data toidentifyopportunities, trends, and risks.
Support performance reviews and business planning processes through data-driven insights.
