Your main tasks and accountabilities will be: Act as the L3 escalation point for critical production incidents, driving resolution through log analysis, code debugging, and telemetry. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex outages, working with core development teams to implement long-term fixes. Maintain database integrity and debug performance issues using complex SQL queries.
Participate in release management, operational readiness reviews, and deployment processes in Kubernetes clusters.
3+ years of hands-on experience in L3 Application Support, Site Reliability, or Software Engineering in high-availability environments. Strong backend troubleshooting skills with .NET and C# Solid experience with distributed architectures: REST APIs, Microservices, MQ and Kafka (event handling/topics debugging). Deep working knowledge of MSSQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Other databases technologies are a plus. Proficient with Kubernetes, Windows, and Linux environments. Proven ability to participate in an on-call rota (including evening/weekend coverage as scheduled).
Hands on experience using Dynatrace and Splunk. Grafana is a nice to have. NICE TO HAVE Familiarity with frontend frameworks, specifically React, to assist in end-to-end user issue tracing. Prior experience in Fintech, Digital Banking, and investment product.
